Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and reflect our own discounted rates. Carriers calculate shipping based on the weights of all of our products. Our handling time is usually less then a day and most orders arrive in 2-9 days.
The only shipping we offer through our checkout system is tracked international because it is so reliable. It is a fast service that offers you tracked shipping so that you don’t have to worry about where your international order is, and you get your order in a timely fashion.
This service can be pricier, and so we have found an alternative shipping service for international orders. With this service we offer tracked international shipping with discounted rates, and ship your packages out of Niagara USA. Their service does not integrate with websites, however, if you contact us with your Country and address before making an order we can figure out the price of the options, and send you an order invoice with shipping. If you have already made an order and would like to change your shipping carrier to to the "Niagara" option simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will change you carrier and refund you any excess shipping costs. Our goal is to provide you with the cheapest shipping possible for the best service possible.
All Shipping options are available to you, including In Store Pick Up, Canada Post Standard, Express and Priority, and UPS Standard.
In Store Pick UP
After you order is placed we will contact you when it is ready for pick up.
In Canada we offer Canada Post Standard, Express, and Priority Shipping. We also offer UPS Standard Shipping if you would prefer.
For orders to the USA we use Chit Chats delivery service, which drives your package down to the border and purchases a USPS delivery label for you. This means much faster and cheaper shipping to the States, and our packages usually arrive there in 2-4 business days. Simply Select Canada Post for your shipping option and we will issue you a refund if your chit chat label ends up been cheaper (it most likely will be.)
Shipping spray cans in Canada is tricky, a lot of carriers won't even handle them. UPS Standard Shipping is the only company with the balls to do so. If Spray Cans are in your cart you will be forced to use UPS standard.
Customs, duties and tariffs.
You are responsible for paying any Customs, Duties or Tariff fees in accordance with you Country or States Laws.

You the customer are responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to address when you place an order on our site. Please verify you have entered the correct and complete shipping address including unit number when checking out. The info you enter is automatically given to the shipping couriers once they are packaged, and if you are not able to contact us before your label is officially purchased by us we will not be able to issue a refund for a mistaken address.
Cancellations are at our discretion.
We don't offer Vinyl Toy or Pre-Order refunds unless for some reason the company making the product cancels it, in which case you will promptly get a full refund.
Sometimes Vinyl Toy companies produce items with minor defects on them. Its rare but there is nothing we can do about this.
If you receive a defective vinyl toy that is currently still in current production provide us proof of purchase we will try on your behalf to open up correspondence with the company in question to see how they can help you. Usually if the damaged item came from a blind box the best they can do it offer a replacement blind box. If the Item was a figure where you know what you are getting, and it isn't ultra limited, we should be able to get you a replacement, however we aren't fully magicians yet so there is no guarantee.
We are vinyl enthusiasts as well so please know when something goes wrong we are right there with you to solve the issue as we have been there ourselves.
Also if you have any pieces in your collection with scuffs on them send us pics or bring them in and we can see if we can clean them up for you. You never know who may own your future Vinyl so keeping them in good condition helps us all. Who knows one day your piece could end up in a museum!
Please note we are not liable if your item is damaged whilst getting cleaned. If we feel that a part of your vinyl is to dangerous to clean we will leave the decision up to you.
Please note older loose items sometimes were purchased second hand, and we will generally try to use our own high quality images so that you can see first hand the piece you are buying. We do not offer refunds on these loose pieces. If they are missing items it will be reflected in the price and description.
We do not refund spray cans under any circumstance. We can offer exchanges but it is at our discretion, and we will require proof of purchase.
For all Angelus products we do not offer refunds. We do however offer exchanges. If something goes wrong with your order (such as paint freezing etc) we will absolutely replace any damaged items for you. We will require proof of purchase.
