Shipping, Returns and Store Policies

Shipping

Due to covid and other world issues, please note some shipping companies are operating at reduced speeds with higher surcharges than usual. Shipping facilities are not set up for these unexpected times and right now the workload is higher for them than Christmas. If your package takes a bit longer to be delivered there is not much we can do. All delivery dates are subject to possible unexpected delays. 

How costs are calculated

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and reflect our own discounted rates. Carriers calculate shipping based on the weights and box sizes of all of our products.  Please note there may sometimes be errors do to package dimensions. If the shipping cost ends up being incorrect we will contact you via email for either a refund or another shipping invoice. Our handling time is usually 1-3 business day and most orders within Canada arrive in 2-9 business days. 

Letter Mail Shipping

For products that are small, light and cheap, there is the option of Canada Post Letter Mail shipping with no tracking. We will send you a confirmation email when the product is mailed in the envelope, but no tracking will be provided. Please be patient as some letter mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

We are not responsible for any lost package under this shipping method. Please take that into account before proceeding with choosing your shipping method.  

Cancellations

Order cancellations are infrequent and typically occur only under exceptional circumstances, at our discretion. We want to emphasize that we do not entertain order cancellations solely due to a change of mind after the order has been placed.

It's important to be aware that a cancellation fee of 10% to 15% (based on the delivery method and if the order has already been picked) may be applied in the event of an order cancellation or any adjustment after the order is packed and ready to ship. However, please note that this fee does not apply in cases of fraud or if we are unable to fulfill the products in your order, such as when an item on pre-order is canceled by the manufacturer. 

We will cancel any in-store pick up order if the order has not been picked up by the buyer after 4 months. We will reach out through both phone and email before canceling the order. Refunds will be issued before/when the buyer reaches out and we will charge a 10% cancelation fee for holding the item. 

Change in Delivery Method

We reserve to right to charge a 10% service fee when a customer wishes to change their delivery method after the order has been placed (eg. from shipping to in-store pick up). Please reach out by phone or email immediately if you have chosen the wrong delivery method upon checkout. However, we are not responsible if the package is shipped out before the change of delivery resolution was met. Delivery method can only be changed before 1pm of the very next business day from when the order was placed 

Domestic Shipping

Within Canada, we offer an array of shipping options to cater to your preferences. Choose from Canada Post Standard, Express, and Priority Shipping. If you prefer an alternative, we also provide UPS Standard Shipping as a reliable option.

While we diligently ensure proper packaging, it's important to acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit by the shipping carriers. However, we are committed to assisting you by providing any necessary information to file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.

USA Shipping

We are pleased to offer our esteemed customers in the USA a diverse selection of shipping options tailored to their needs. You can choose between Canada Post international shipping options, UPS international and DHL Express.

Similar to our policy within Canada, we cannot assume responsibility for any damages incurred during transit by the shipping carriers. However, please be assured that we are prepared to assist you in gathering the necessary information to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. As well, Spray Cans cannot be shipped to the USA.

Spray Cans!

Shipping spray cans poses challenges, as many carriers are unwilling to handle them. However, we have partnered with UPS Standard Shipping. If spray cans are included in your cart, you will be directed to use UPS Standard Shipping, ensuring a safe and compliant delivery.

Spray cans will only be shipped domestically (Within Canada) due to safety concerns. We apologies for the inconveniences this may cause. 

Any Spray cans shipped Must be shipped to residential or commercial addresses. UPS cannot ship to private Mailboxes or PO Boxes.

Displayed Items

We always disclose if a designer toy item has been previously displayed in the description of the productThe displayed goods are only available if it is the last item. All of our displayed designer toys are kept in glass shelves and were only handled carefully by our staff. Please read the description before purchasing. We will also examine the condition of the product and its package before shipping it out. 

While we strive to ensure the availability of displayed goods, occasionally there are scratches or discolouring on the product that was not previously disclosed. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to offer a discount or full refund of the product. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 

Customs, Duties and Tariffs

Please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or tariff fees determined by the laws of your country or state. These charges are separate from our product pricing and shipping costs. Resources to calculate potential custom fee can be found on your regional custom centre's website. 

We cannot undervalue your package's total for custom purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Insurance

All orders include a complimentary shipping insurance for up to $100, based on the value of your order. This is provided by the shipping companies to assist you with adding peace of mind. If you would like to add additional insurance coverage to your order, kindly contact us before we ship the package out. Our team will be happy to assist you with any insurance-related inquiries. 

Shipping Address

As the customer, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and proper shipping address when placing an order on our website. Please ensure you enter the correct and complete shipping address, including unit numbers, during the checkout process. The information you provide is automatically transmitted to the shipping couriers upon packaging. If you are unable to contact us before we purchase the shipping label, we cannot issue a refund for orders with incorrect addresses.

Any Spray cans shipped Must be shipped to residential or commercial addresses. UPS cannot ship to private Mailboxes or PO Boxes.

If an order is undeliverable or rejected upon delivery, it is considered refused by the customer and will be returned to us. We are committed to assisting with any outstanding issues, such as resolving courier errors or addressing wrong addresses, to arrange a redelivery. However, if the package is refused without any unresolved concerns, the order will be considered fulfilled and forfeited. We are unable to issue refunds for undelivered packages in such cases. 

Fraudulent orders

To ensure the security and protection of our company, products, and genuine customers, any orders flagged as fraudulent will be carefully reviewed and held for processing. We will assess the situation to determine if it is safe to proceed with shipping to the customer. In cases where there are suspicions of fraudulent activity, we may request additional identification to verify the order's authenticity. If a customer chooses not to comply with the additional security screening measures, we reserve the right to cancel the order and apply a cancellation fee, at our discretion. We take these precautions seriously in order to maintain a secure and trustworthy shopping environment for all our customers. Your understanding and cooperation in these matters are greatly appreciated. 

Returns

All sales are considered final, including sales of display models and pre-orders, except in cases where pre-orders are canceled by the manufacturers. We understand that receiving a defective product can be disappointing, which is why we are here to support you. If you purchase a sealed toy and encounter a defect, we will gladly reach out to the manufacturers on your behalf to facilitate the replacement process. But if there is no need for us to receive the product back, we will not accept any returns. 

For mystery items, such as mystery boxes, we acknowledge that broken pieces can be a disappointing. Rest assured, we will work with the manufacturers to arrange for a replacement item. However, please note that this policy does not apply to "unwanted" or "duplicate" Mystery Items. As well, in certain cases where items are sourced from distributors, the manufacturers may not be able to provide replacements. Nevertheless, we are committed to working closely with you to ensure a positive resolution.

Items that are sold sealed but have print or manufacturer imperfections, excluding broken pieces, are still considered final sale. While we are more than happy to assist in contacting the manufacturer to address the imperfection and help resolve the issue, please understand that the outcome cannot be guaranteed. Certain collectible items may have minor misprints or blemishes from manufacturing. depending on the manufacturer, we may be able to replace the item for you, but again this cannot be guaranteed.
